MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr David Cooper founded Castle Partners in 1997. Mr Cooper has over 30 years experience in property financing, including a period of 10 years when he was either Finance Director or Managing Director of one of the then largest Australasian property companies. Mr Cooper has personally been responsible for arranging over $6,000 million in property related debt funding and advising on numerous mergers, acquisitions and divestments. Mr Cooper's earlier career in the 1980s included being an Associate Director of Morgan Grenfell (since acquired by Deutsche Bank) responsible for trans Tasman corporate finance transactions and a research analyst at New Zealand's then largest sharebroking firm.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr Warren Tuttiett joined Castle Partners in 2005. With over 20 years corporate finance and investment experience in property companies in Australia and New Zealand, Mr Tuttiett brings to the Structured Finance area a degree of experience and professionalism that Castle Partners' clientele have come to expect and value. Mr Tuttiett is a chartered accountant.

NEW ZEALAND AFFILIATE

Mr Greg Kenward established the Auckland affiliation in 2008. Greg has over 20 years experience in the New Zealand property market and for much of this time has been involved in implementing corporate finance transactions for property groups within the listed sector. Greg is a qualified accountant.

TIM JOHNSTON

NEW ZEALAND AFFILIATE

Mr Tim Johnston joined Castle Partners in 2012. Tim has worked in the banking industry for 15 years. He started at the National Bank of New Zealand in corporate banking specialising in the exporting and primary sectors. Following that, Tim spent 12 years in the ANZ property finance team, dealing with all transactions from small developments and investments to listed entities mergers and acquisitions. ADRIENNE WITTEMAN

NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Ms Witteman has been a non executive director of Castle Partners since its formation. Ms Witteman holds an MBA from The Australian Graduate School of Management (University of NSW), is fluent in Japanese, holds numerous directorships and is Managing Director of a substantial tourism business.
